We sell 3D printed products designed and manufactured by Layered Up. All products are original designs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Products are sold "as-is" and may vary slightly due to the nature of 3D printing (layer lines, minor color variations, etc.). We do not sell products featuring licensed or trademarked intellectual property.
As an Amazon Associate, Layered Up earns from qualifying purchases. We participate in affiliate programs including but not limited to: Amazon Associates, TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, and other retail affiliate networks. When we recommend products, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Our recommendations are based on genuine experience and are never influenced solely by commission rates.
Prices are listed on the respective platform where the product is sold (TikTok Shop, Etsy, etc.). All payments are processed through the platform's native payment system. We do not directly collect credit card or banking information. Prices may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated and collected as required by applicable law.
Physical products are shipped within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather. Tracking information is provided when available through the selling platform.
Due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Refunds are processed through the original selling platform. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our defect criteria.
All original designs, content, videos, images, and branding are the property of Layered Up. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. User-generated content (comments, reviews) remains the property of the respective user.
We post content across multiple social media platforms. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of product recommendations, pricing information, or deal alerts. Product prices and availability change frequently; always verify current pricing before purchasing.
Our Telegram channels provide deal alerts and product recommendations. By subscribing, you agree to receive messages from our channels. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not collect personal information through Telegram beyond what the platform provides.
You agree not to: (a) use our content for fraudulent purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer our products or processes; (c) harass, abuse, or threaten us or other users; (d) use automated systems to scrape or copy our content; (e) impersonate Layered Up or our representatives.
Layered Up is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or actions.
When purchasing through TikTok Shop, Etsy, Amazon, or other platforms, the respective platform's terms of service also apply. In the event of a conflict between our terms and a platform's terms, the platform's terms shall govern for transactions on that platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products and services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on our social media channels.
